The incident occurred as Nagarjuna was exiting the airport, accompanied by his bodyguard and fellow actor Dhanush. As the fan, who appears to be a cafe staff member, approached Nagarjuna for a photo, the bodyguard shoved him away, causing the fan to stumble and nearly fall.
